We recommend taking our Prenatal Multi with a meal, it may be taken in divided doses throughout the day. Since many of the nutrients are quite energizing, avoid consuming within five hours of bedtime. When transitioning from a less complete multi, start with 1/4 or 1/2 serving, working your way up to a full serving per day.
