    A step up

    My husband recently had some labs done that identified low micronutrients, despite taking multivitamins for several years now. After a few months of Needed, his energy is noticeably higher, his allergies have subsided, his sleep quality has improved, and so far he hasn’t gotten sick this fall! Needed is clearly a step up from what he was previously taking, and we are so thankful!

    great men's multi

    My doctor recommended my husband taking a multivitamin while we were TTC, and this one is great! We got pregnant quickly after him taking these (and me finally using ovulation sticks). Love Needed products, the research behind each vitamin and mineral and how they're more easily absorbed than other versions.

What makes Needed’s Men’s Multi different from others?
We work directly with practitioners who regularly test nutrient levels to select every nutrient form and dose. Most multis are designed to meet bare minimum needs, and often contain inadequate nutrient amounts and tough-to-absorb forms.
When should I start taking the Men’s Multi?
It’s never too early to start (or too late), but we suggest 3 months before trying to conceive at a minimum. It takes 90 days for sperm to mature, and during this period they are vulnerable. Sperm health impacts conception outcomes and the health of a growing baby.
Why do the amounts of some of the nutrients in the Men’s Multi exceed the percent Daily Value?
Daily Values are set off of the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs) which most often do not offer enough nutritional value to support optimal nutritional levels. We work directly with practitioners who regularly test nutrient levels to select every nutrient form and dose.
Why is the Men’s Multi 4 caps, but the Prenatal Multi contains 8?
We work directly with practitioners who regularly test nutrient levels to select every nutrient form and dose. Due to higher meat and overall general calorie consumption, they found men to be less deficient than women in a number of key nutrients. Men can take our prenatal multi instead, if they want additional support, but most prefer our 4 capsule tailored version.
Is your Men’s Multi vegan, allergan free, and non GMO?
Our Men’s Multi is vegetarian and non-GMO. Free of 9 major allergens and gluten.
What “other ingredients” are included in your Men’s Multi?
Our Men’s Multi is free of gross additives and fillers. It’s made with vegetable capsules and includes only L-Leucine, an amino acid, to help with flow.
Will the Men’s Multi make my urine bright yellow?
It may at times, especially with new consistent use. B Vitamins in particular can cause urine to change to a bright yellow hue. Your body is excreting what it doesn’t need. We use nutrients forms that are most easily absorbed by the body, but because we set dosages to be fully supportive, the nutrient amounts may sometimes be more than you need. At our dosages, this is not harmful in any way, but just a guarantee you hit optimal amounts. Less is not more in our mind!
