How to Use

Mix 1 serving into 1-2 cups of water, depending on your taste preference.

    Best tasting electrolytes

    I’ve tried so many electrolyte powders and I find in addition to keeping my hydration levels good, that these taste the most pleasant. Very mild, not too sweet, no weird after taste. I prefer the grapefruit flavor above all.

Does this include any sugar or carbs?
Our Hydration Support does not contain any added sugar. It is lightly sweetened with real fruit and monk fruit extract. The amount of carbohydrates is negligible, which is why it is not listed on the label.
What’s the best way to drink this product?
We recommend drinking it cold, mixing 1 packet into 1-2 cups of water, depending on your taste preference. It can be enjoyed at any time throughout the day or night.
How many packets can I have in a day?
We suggest you enjoy 1-2 per day during pregnancy. You may increase consumption as needed or desired during preconception and postpartum. We do not recommend taking more than 400mg of magnesium at once, as higher dosages may slow the nutrient's absorption and we include magnesium in several of our Needed products.
Is this safe for my kids?
Many kids enjoy our Hydration Support. We recommend a half packet for children.
Why is Magnesium included in this product?
During pregnancy you lose more electrolytes than at any other time, and replenishing electrolytes is also needed to support lactation. Magnesium is a mineral that acts as an electrolyte. It is needed for every cell in your body to function. Many of us are deficient, and it’s difficult to get enough in our diet. We use the form of Magnesium Citrate in our Hydration Support since we use Magnesium Glycinate in our Multis, and Magnesium is better absorbed when varying forms are used.
Can I take this with other vitamins?
We intentionally create products that can be taken together as part of a regular regimen, so Hydration Support is safe to take with the other products we offer. We recommend discussing other supplement combinations with your healthcare provider.

Our Hydration Support is vegan and non-GMO. Free of 9 major allergens, gluten, and unwanted fillers.
What kind of testing do you do?
We test all products for quality and safety at third-party laboratories including tests for nutritional content, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, microbes, and other contaminants.
Where is your Hydration Support manufactured?
Our Hydration Support is manufactured in the United States at an FDA registered facility that has third party GMP certification.
How long will it take to receive my order?
