    Great!

    I take about 3/4 of the dose just to keep it a little more cost effective. The taste is great, not overpowering at all. It probably dissolves better in warm/hot water, but I just use a milk frother to mix it up. It helped me throughout my first trimester - I was having a hard time staying asleep through the night.

    My insomnia is so improved

    Pregnancy has brought on insomnia where I'm up for 4-5 hours a night! Since starting the Needed Sleep + Relaxation Support I'm sleeping so much better! Still waking to pee, but not loosing precious hours of rest.
